The specialists of the Area are characterized by their dedication to advising and consulting on complex matters, both litigation and preventive, on issues such as deception and confusion, imitation, taking advantage of the effort and reputation of others, violation of secrets, unfair recruitment of employees and customers, obstruction, spoliation, boycott, ambushing, among others. The members of the practice have vast experience in the different areas that make up the Antitrust Law, advising companies, both preventively and in the face of investigations carried out by national or international authorities.

The antitrust practice encompasses all aspects of antitrust law, providing services to their clients in a wide variety of industries to obtain Federal Antitrust Commission clearance in complex merger and acquisition transactions; represent clients in significant antitrust litigation; advise clients involved in antitrust investigations, etc. They also provide antitrust compliance and training programs designed to address the needs of their clients and the specific risks of the industries in which they operate.

• Advice on the establishment of internal policies in compliance with antitrust laws, including compliance audits and risk detection regarding pricing policies and contracts with suppliers and customers;
