Andrea Itzel Bárcenas Hernández joined the Firm in 2019, where she specializes in the area of Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Litigation, providing legal advice and representation to national and international companies in various legal proceedings, making legal diagnoses and legal strategies for conflict resolution.

Lawyer by the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Cuauhtémoc Campus Querétaro, graduated from the Diploma in Family Oral Proceedings of the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, from the Master's Degree in Human Rights of the Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Derecho Penal (INDEPAC) and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Law at the same Institute.

Her professional practice began as a postulant attorney and later as a public official in the Querétaro State DIF Attorney's Office, as a legal analyst of the Coordination of Legal Assistance to Children and Adolescents in Welfare Centers.

Currently, she advises different companies of the Samsung Group, such as Samsung Electronics Digital Appliances Mexico, S.A. de C.V., Samsung SDS Mexico, S.A. de C.V., QSSC, S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of Samsung C&T America, Inc. among others.

At the same time, she has worked as a professor at the Universidad Cuauhtémoc Campus Querétaro, in subjects related to Civil and Commercial Law and has participated in several refresher courses and training courses for companies in Civil, Commercial and Family Law.
