Personal Data that may be processed.

You can browse the website without providing your personal data, however, there are certain sections within it where you can voluntarily provide your data, such as when sending your resume, send an email to contact you, register to receive information of interest or newsletter, as well as those that you provide or are requested with a view to establishing a legal relationship, for example, when you decide to hire legal services or provide any service, which may be: (i) Identification data, such as: name, home address, date of birth, CURP, landline or cell phone number, e-mail and image. ii) Academic data, such as: educational background, degree, professional license, certificates. iii) Employment data, such as: position, home address, email, landline or mobile phone number. iv) Billing data, such as: entity to be charged, tax address, RFC. v) Financial data, such as: bank account information, form of payment.

Minors and disabled persons.

VILLAR® is a Law Firm committed to the privacy of minors and disabled persons; therefore, it does not intentionally collect or process personal data of minors and disabled persons without the express consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives. Purposes and/or Uses of personal data.

The personal data you voluntarily provide, such as sending your resume, sending an email to contact you, registering to receive information of interest or the newsletter; will be used to contact you in the event that: (i) your profile results of interest and you are considered for a recruitment and selection process, (ii) they must follow up on your request and/or (iii) they must send you information of interest or the newsletter. The personal data obtained as a result of a legal relationship, whose processing is necessary to comply with obligations arising from such relationship, will be used only to provide you with the legal services requested, to send you communications in connection with the subject matter, to carry out the billing, to hire the services or products offered, to send you the payments for these services or products, to formalize in contracts or other documents the relationship that is generated with you. Your personal data may be used for purposes other than those mentioned above or those included in the Privacy Notices made available to you, provided that such purposes are compatible with those described and may be considered analogous. Use of tracking technologies.

When you browse the Firm's website, certain non-personal information is collected through “cookies” and “server logs” or “web beacons”. This information is collected through the simple use of and interaction with the website and the information collected may consist of Internet Protocol addresses, your operating system, browser type, location information (provided by mobile devices) and the route you take while on the site. This data is collected solely for the following purposes: to generate statistics regarding visits to the website, time spent on the site and referring sites that may have brought you to VILLAR®. This information is also used to maintain and update user profiles and to tailor or personalize the information provided through this medium. VILLAR® will not sell, assign or transfer your personal data to third parties outside VILLAR® without your prior consent.  However, VILLAR® may transfer your personal data only when such transfer is provided for by law.

VILLAR® has adopted and maintains the administrative, technical and physical security measures necessary and available to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing. However, it is clear that no data communication over the Internet is completely secure, so VILLAR® cannot guarantee that your personal data will be free from damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing when they are provided by that means.

Rights that correspond to the holder of personal data.

As holder of personal data, you may exercise before the Responsible for the Protection of Personal Data of VILLAR®, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (“ARCO” rights). Likewise, you may revoke, at any time, the consent you have given and that was necessary for the processing of your personal data, as well as limit the use or disclosure of the same. You will have the obligation to inform VILLAR® of the changes that should be made to your personal data, when such changes are only of your knowledge. iii) Cancellation.- That your personal data be removed, totally or partially, from the databases of VILLAR® because the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled. iv) Opposition.- To oppose for legitimate reasons to the processing of your personal data.
